Terms, privacy, cancellation, and non-PHI boundaries

This page identifies what is implemented in software and what still requires operator or legal approval. It is not a substitute for counsel.

Non-PHI pilot

The Founding Pilot is a non-PHI operational workspace. It is not HIPAA compliant, not approved for PHI, not a licensed CPT or coding product, and not a live paid AI-provider service.

Subscription and cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues through the end of the current trial or paid billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated credits for unused time, except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was unauthorized or made in error, contact Revitas support promptly.

The Founding Pilot costs USD $60 per month per team, includes up to five members, and begins with a seven-day free trial. Stripe collects a payment method at signup, charges $0 at signup, and automatically charges USD $60 when the trial ends unless the customer cancels before then.

Privacy and support

A customer privacy policy, DPA, and subprocessors list require legal review before live billing. Support contact: support@revitasai.com.

Account identity

Paying at Stripe does not create a Studio login. Access requires a verified invite-only identity and an explicit non-PHI policy acceptance. Public self-signup remains disabled.
